If there’s a fit, we write up a scope: timeline, deliverables, fee, success measure. You sign or don’t.

If there isn’t a fit, we’ll tell you that too — and point you to whoever we’d call ourselves.
Initial discussions stay between us and the ownership / ops leadership on your side. Nothing is shared, written down, or referenced without an engagement letter.
